Schedule: Flexible schedules available. Weekend availability required. Operations run 7 days per week.
Compensation: $160 per day ($800 per week based on a 5-day workweek)

Tri-Star Transport is seeking dependable, safety-focused Pickup & Delivery Drivers to join our growing FedEx Ground team. Manage your own delivery route while backed by an experienced operations team.

• Safely operate FedEx-branded step vans and box trucks.

• Complete residential and commercial package deliveries and pickups on an assigned route.

• Use handheld scanners and tablets to track deliveries and maintain accurate records.

• Organize and manage packages to ensure efficient route execution.

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at the terminal when needed.

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.

• Follow all DOT, FedEx, and company safety procedures.

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, including delivery, moving, landscaping, towing, courier services, or rideshare driving.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• No major traffic violations, suspensions, or disqualifying offenses within the past 3 years.

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds.

• Must pass a DOT physical examination.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.

• Successfully pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings.
