Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time role, youll work directly with residential customers to diagnose and repair issues related to hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, & cold plunge related systems. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, a solid foundation across trades like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and a commitment to delivering professional, high-quality service on every call. • Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for residential hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, & cold plunge related systems.

• Utilize knowledge across trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) to assess and resolve complex service issues.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service issues, timelines, and solutions.

• Document all work performed and update service records accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service vehicles and job sites.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing daily service schedules.

• Uphold safety standards and company protocols at all times.

• Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in service or maintenance roles, preferably involving multiple trades.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of residential electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Overtime as needed depending on service call volume and customer needs

• Based out of Madison, WI with travel to customer homes and job sites

• Must be comfortable with regional travel (company vehicle provided)
