Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time role, youll work directly with residential customers to diagnose and repair issues related to hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, & cold plunge related systems. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, a solid foundation across trades like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and a commitment to delivering professional, high-quality service on every call. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for residential hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, & cold plunge related systems.
Utilize knowledge across trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) to assess and resolve complex service issues.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service issues, timelines, and solutions.
Document all work performed and update service records accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service vehicles and job sites.
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing daily service schedules.
Uphold safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service techniques.
3+ years of experience in service or maintenance roles, preferably involving multiple trades.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of residential electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Full-Time: MondayFriday
Overtime as needed depending on service call volume and customer needs
Based out of Madison, WI with travel to customer homes and job sites
Must be comfortable with regional travel (company vehicle provided)
