About This Position
Senior Paralegal
We are hiring a Senior Paralegal with strong experience in employmentbased immigration to support attorneys and manage client accounts. This role requires autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee immigration processes from start to finish.Core ResponsibilitiesPrepare, file, and track employmentbased immigration petitions. Collect and review documentation for employersponsored cases. Draft and review supporting documents for petitions, extensions, amendments, and change of status. Maintain immigration case files, calendars, and deadlines. Ensure filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal regulations. Coordinate directly with attorneys, HR teams, and corporate clients. Drive immigration processes to completion and manage multiple active cases.Mandatory Requirements (Exclusionary)Minimum 3 years of experience in employmentbased U.S. immigration. Handson experience is REQUIRED with ALL of the following visa types:H1B L1 PERM TNCandidates must have experience in all listed visa categories to be considered.
