Position Summary

The Renewals Coordinator supports the end-to-end renewal process by handling high-volume, transactional, and administrative tasks with speed and accuracy. This role ensures clean data, timely renewals, and a smooth customer experience, enabling Renewal Managers and Account Executives to focus on strategy and expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and process renewal quotes, true-ups, seat changes, and simple add-ons/removals
• Track upcoming renewals and ensure timely, accurate updates in CRM and contract systems
• Serve as the first point of contact for standard renewal-related customer inquiries
• Triage and escalate complex issues to Renewal Managers or Account teams
• Maintain accurate renewal pipelines and support forecasting inputs
• Ensure compliance with pricing, policy, and approval guidelines
• Coordinate with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success
• Identify process gaps and contribute to documentation and workflow improvements
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
• With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or data processing (SaaS environment preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or Miro to create compelling business presentations
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Anaplan, or Pigment is an advantage
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Understanding of basic commercial concepts (seat counts, prorating, contract adjustments)
• Comfortable analyzing simple data points and validating transactional accuracy
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Proactive, process-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work across APAC, North American and European time zones, Monday to Friday
• Work arrangement: onsite, with potential transition to a hybrid setup
