Make an Impact—on patients, your craft, and your careerImpact Physical Therapy is a private, primarily cash-based outpatient clinic specializing in sports medicine, manual therapy, dry needling, and cupping. We’ve recently added Shockwave therapy and PT Wired home exercise program support to elevate outcomes and patient engagement. We keep care patient-first and outcomes-driven, with a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and a memorable patient experience.
The Role (Big 3: Quality- Quantity- Contribution)Quality– Deliver thoughtful, evidence-based evaluations, clear plans of care, and hands-on treatment that earns patient trust. Communicate simply and warmly, and make each visit feel purposeful and personal.Quantity– Manage a focused, sustainable schedule. Protect continuity of care, keep documentation timely and clean, and partner with the front desk so patients stay on track with their plan of care.Contribution– Be a great teammate. Share knowledge, support clinic initiatives, help with occasional community/outreach events, and positively represent Impact’s core values: Integrity, Memorable Experience, Passionate, Adaptable, Community, Teamwork.
What You’ll DoPerform comprehensive evaluations and progress visits with clear patient education.Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities aligned to goals and outcomes, including use of Shockwave where appropriate.Leverage PT Wired to deliver and track personalized HEPs and drive adherence.Document accurately and on time; communicate updates with patients and the team.Proactively support visit adherence (rebooking, follow-ups, cancels/no-shows).Collaborate daily with Patient Care Coordinators, fellow PTs, and leadership to improve processes and the patient experience.Participate in occasional local events, workshops, and light marketing touchpoints as needed.What Success Looks LikePatients feel seen, heard, and supported—and they come back because they trust you.Plans of care are right-sized, evidence-based, and completed.Schedules run smoothly; notes are buttoned-up; teammates can rely on you.You model Impact’s values, contribute to a positive clinic vibe, and look for ways to make things better.QualificationsDPT from an accredited program; active (or in-process) Arizona PT license; current CPR.Outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred.Extra credit: Dry Needling, Cupping, Manual Therapy certifications; comfort educating patients in a cash-based environment; experience with Shockwave or digital HEP platforms.Benefit OfferingsStay-On Bonus of $5000 paid in full after 30 daysQuarterly Bonus Incentives (up to $2,000/year)Continued Education Stipend ($2000/first year, $1500/per year after with potential for additional funding)Paid Time Off (10 days PTO + 5 paid holidays)Sick Leave (24 hours/year) and Bereavement LeaveFlexible scheduling and unpaid time-off optionsMedical & Dental Insurance (50% company-paid)Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance (100% company-paid)401(k) with company match (up to 3.5% after 1 year)Workers’ CompensationOrange Theory corporate membershipTeaching opportunities within the Impact InstituteReal mentorship, growth pathways, and a leadership team that listens.
