Dazey's Hubbard's in Medford is looking for a Tool Specialist who gets excited about a well-organized tool wall, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in helping customers leave confident and ready to tackle their projects.
Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our tool department
Help customers choose the right tool for the job (and maybe save their weekend project)
Stock, organize, and merchandise power tools and hand tools
Demonstrate tools and explain features in plain English
Keep the department clean, safe, and looking sharp

None Minimum Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED.
Experience: Sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships, and working with customers.
Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of retail computer systems.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift at least 30 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
Standing, stretching, squatting, lifting, crouching, kneeling, and other awkward positions.
Climbing and descending ladders.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.
