Job Description
CRCC is looking for a full-time school-based BCBA at our SW Omaha Center located off 138th & Q Street for the 2026/2027 school year! This position will be working with our Level 3 (K-2) School Age Program supporting behavior tracking and IEP goal writing.
Must be certified as a BCBA with a minimum of 3 years experience working as a BCBA.
This position follows a typical teaching calendar and schedule that includes paid winter breaks, spring break, and summers off.
CRCC is a provider of Children's Day Health Services, which includes comprehensive Pre-School programs, nursing services, behavioral health, and rehabilitative therapy. The hours for this position will follow the hours of the school year.

The individual must be located in the Omaha, NE metropolitan area as the position is in-person.
The individual must be eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements:Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills asessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP)
- Develops and oversees individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participates in IEP meetings and develops behavioral goals
- Collaborates wtih multidisciplinary teams including speech, OT, PT and educators
- Maintains caseload of approximately 8-10 students
- Utilizes data systems to track and analyze student progress. (Rethink)
- Provides crisis intervention support using approved techniques
- Use of MANDT training (as needed)

Minimal Requirements:
- Certified as a BCBA; working as a BCBA for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience with IEP meetings and writing IEP goals
- Experience training and supervising teachers and paraprofessionals
- Experience with teaching acquisition skills, running ABLLS and VBMAPP assessments, and writing behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals: speech, OT, PT, educators, etc.
- Maintains continuing education requirements for BCBA credential;
- Willing to increase knowledge in fields of endeavor;
- Able to read and understand written plans;
- Able to lift up to fifty pounds and practice 2 person lifting for clients over 50 pounds or when necessary;
- Able to meet conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, Nebraska State Patrol, criminal history check and fingerprinting.
