Job Description

Mobile Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Implementation Specialist based in the United States.

This role is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on delivering successful implementation of advanced technology solutions across government, defense, and commercial environments. You will act as the primary operational lead during the early stages of the client lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, solution design alignment, and effective deployment of programs in complex, high-security contexts. The role requires frequent travel across the U.S., working directly on-site with clients to understand workflows, deliver training, and ensure adoption of the solution. You will collaborate closely with internal project managers and client stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable implementations. Success in this role depends on strong communication, structured execution, and the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments. This is a highly collaborative yet autonomous role, ideal for someone who thrives in field-based work and enjoys solving operational challenges in mission-critical settings.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, including solution design, workflow alignment, and project kickoff across government and commercial accounts.
  • Travel extensively across the United States (up to 75%) to deliver on-site training, support deployments, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact during early client engagement, ensuring clarity on implementation processes, system usage, and expectations.
  • Deliver training sessions for both small and large client groups, explaining workflows, procedures, and solution capabilities clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers, client partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client objectives and technical requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, security standards, and government compliance requirements throughout all implementations.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding unique operational needs and ensuring high-quality customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption and expand the use of solutions across existing client accounts.
  • Maintain program integrity and ensure consistent execution of delivery standards across all engagements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, project implementation, solution design, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with U.S. government, defense, military, or intelligence environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with operational security, risk management, investigations, or insider threat programs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, implementation processes, or technical onboarding workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements in a travel-heavy role.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $89,000 – $141,000 based on experience and location.
  • Full-time role with comprehensive benefits package.
  • Performance-based bonuses and stock option eligibility.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Health and wellness coverage.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact government and defense-related programs.
  • Extensive travel experience across diverse client environments in the U.S.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven work culture focused on innovation and trust-building.
