  • 8–12+ years of experience in embedded systems and enterprise Linux environments with strong solution architecture exposure.
  • Deep expertise in Linux platforms (e.g., Wind River Linux, RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, Rocky/Alma, eLxr Pro) including architecture, hardening, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong embedded software background including RTOS, BSPs, kernel/application development, debugging, and system integration.
  • Proven experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or field engineering roles supporting enterprise customers.
  • Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills with ability to engage in deep technical discussions.
  • Experience with automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and system-level orchestration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with safety/security standards (IEC 61508, EN 50128, DO-178) and certification processes is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
