Job Description

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support component sales and develop into a full-cycle sales professional.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales within the steel building and construction industry. The position focuses on handling inbound calls, assisting customers with component orders, learning quoting processes, and supporting senior sales representatives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that provides direct exposure to customers, products, and the sales process, with a clear path for growth into a Senior Inside Sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with component and accessory orders
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order entry, and follow-up communication
  • Learn to read basic construction drawings and understand customer project needs
  • Assist in preparing quotes using internal systems and tools
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM systems
  • Follow up on open quotes, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
  • Partner with production, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing
  • Develop product knowledge across steel building components, materials, and systems
  • Support senior sales reps with pipeline management and administrative tasks
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism on every interaction

Qualifications Required

  • *****BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH HIGHLY PREFERRED ***
  • 2–3 years of customer service, inside sales, or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and interact with customers professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with systems and data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and consistent attendance

Qualifications Preferred

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials
  • Exposure to sales, quoting, or order entry processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or quoting tools
  • Ability to read or willingness to learn construction drawings or blueprints
