Position Summary:

The role of a Product Manager is a key driver of team alignment, helping build consensus and foster a collaborative, high-performing product culture—while keeping a sharp eye on business outcomes. They with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with company goals, roadmap execution, and strategic priorities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile product development teams through sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide engineering and design.
• Partner with engineering to scope features, manage trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and execution.
• Own the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and team collaboration.
• Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable results.
• Bring creative problem-solving to complex challenges, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience writing product requirements and working directly with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to build consensus and foster collaboration amongst teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity through structured thinking and documentation.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a bias toward execution.
• Experience in marketing tech or fintech preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Craft.io, Aha!, and analytics platforms.
