Record Retrieval Spec I at U.S. Legal Support – Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Record Retrieval Specialist and help ensure our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction through accurate and efficient record management.

Location: Florida - Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and facility personnel, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Enter and track record requests in our systems, keeping accurate client and facility databases.
• Provide regular updates on order statuses and resolve client inquiries or complaints related to services and products.
• Handle special projects and ensure compliance with safety and work standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client management, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or medical retrieval.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds and ability to focus on detailed documents.
