Buckfire Law Firm is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to handle all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accident, premises liability, dog bite, and others.

What The Day Looks Like:
- Work with a pre-litigation case manager
- Screen new client intakes to determine viability of cases.
- Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
- Regular communication with clients.
- Assistance with first-party auto claims.
- Identify the need for experts and retain them.
- Strategize ways to maximize value of cases for clients.
- Review medical records and prepare demand packages.
- Negotiate and settle claims with insurance adjusters.
- Must be well organized, able to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines.
Attorney will work on high quality cases. Individual must be motivated to work independently and participate in weekly team meetings.
