Description:

The Sr. Director, Analytics & Insights is an individual contributor who reports to the Vice President, Digital & Emerging Media and is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and evolution of an enterprise-level analytics practice across all TMRW Sports business units, including TGL, WTGL, and Flag Football, with an emphasis on consumer-facing business performance.

This role will turn complex data into actionable insights, deliver meaningful reporting to stakeholders across the organization, and build a scalable business intelligence function that supports growth at both the business-unit and enterprise levels. This individual will not have direct reports but will operate with significant cross-functional influence across the organization.

This leader will serve as the central analytics partner across consumer-facing teams, helping unify strategy, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve the fan and consumer experience through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the company’s analytics and reporting ecosystem, including strategy, roadmap, and performance of third-party agency partners
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive stakeholders, translating business priorities into enterprise analytics strategies, reporting frameworks, and measurement plans
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights that drive growth across audience development, fan engagement, and overall business performance
  • Design, implement, and scale a unified analytics framework that connects multiple business units and data sources, enabling enterprise-wide decision-making
  • Partner closely with the TMRW Sports Technology and Innovation team to evaluate, select, and optimize business intelligence tools and data infrastructure
  • Lead and govern third-party agency relationships across reporting and first-party research, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment to business objectives
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership across marketing, communications, and partnerships
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or related fields
  • Proven track record of building and leading enterprise-level analytics functions, including scalable reporting, dashboarding, and self-service environments
  • Experience defining analytics strategy and governing enterprise business intelligence solutions across multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Deep expertise in modern BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics ecosystems, with the ability to evaluate and evolve capabilities over time
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and driving data-informed decision-making in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing and holding external partners accountable across reporting and research initiatives

Preferred:

  • Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or other consumer-facing industries
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders, particularly across consumer-facing functions
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity, and a strong bias toward action across cross-functional teams
