This role sits at the core of go-to-market strategy, shaping how pricing decisions support growth, retention, and long-term customer value across a global healthcare platform. You will act as a key connector between Finance, Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations to ensure pricing models are both strategically sound and operationally scalable. The position combines analytical depth with cross-functional influence, requiring the ability to translate complex financial and market data into clear, actionable pricing strategies. You will help design and refine commercial frameworks that directly impact revenue performance and customer outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to support deal structuring and pricing execution. The role is highly collaborative, blending strategic thinking with hands-on operational ownership in a rapidly evolving organization focused on transforming access to care.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies for employer solutions to drive revenue growth, retention, and profitability in partnership with Finance, Product, and GTM leadership.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to identify value drivers and inform pricing evolution.
  • Translate complex pricing structures into clear, scalable, and sales-ready frameworks in collaboration with Product Marketing and GTM teams.
  • Support operational execution of pricing strategies by improving quoting tools, deal desk processes, and downstream systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success teams on deal structuring for new and renewing clients.
  • Ensure pricing initiatives are delivered on time while effectively managing expectations across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing operations, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and business scalability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, FP&A, or similar analytical roles, ideally in SaaS or healthcare environments.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and communicate insights to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven capability to navigate ambiguous problems and independently drive structured, high-impact solutions.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proactive mindset with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and detailed analytical execution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and B2B or B2B2C business models is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits strategy, or mission-driven environments is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $95,000 – $131,000 annually, with potential bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life, and disability insurance.
  • Equity opportunities through discretionary restricted stock units.
  • Paid parental leave and generous time-off policies including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 3% employer matching.
  • Monthly technology stipend to support remote work needs.
  • Access to mental health coaching and therapy services as part of employee wellbeing programs.
  • Additional wellbeing initiatives, community events, and engagement perks throughout the year.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on transforming access to healthcare.
