This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager – Renewals based in Canada.
This role is focused on ensuring the successful execution of customer renewals across a portfolio of contracts and subscriptions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will act as a key coordination point between internal teams, distributors, and customer success stakeholders to ensure renewal activities are accurate, timely, and well-structured. The position plays a critical role in maintaining revenue continuity by supporting both low-touch and distributor-led renewal motions. You will be responsible for tracking renewal progress, improving visibility across pipelines, and ensuring documentation and systems are consistently updated. Working remotely across Canada with occasional travel, you will contribute to operational efficiency and customer retention. This is a detail-oriented, collaborative role where execution excellence directly impacts business performance.
In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of renewal activities, ensuring accurate tracking, coordination, and delivery of customer contract renewals across assigned accounts.
- Support the execution of renewals across assigned customer contracts and subscription portfolios.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal stakeholders to initiate, track, and manage renewal proposals.
- Ensure all renewal documentation is accurately prepared, organized, and communicated in a timely manner.
- Monitor renewal progress and provide clear visibility into status, risks, and outcomes across the portfolio.
- Support low-touch and distributor-managed renewal processes to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Assist Customer Success Managers and regional teams in coordinating renewal activities and execution efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal data within CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Ensure proper follow-up on renewal workflows to support timely closure and revenue retention.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, experience in renewals or sales support functions, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows in a structured environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, contract management, customer success operations, or sales operations.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Strong ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with occasional travel (10–20%).
- Ability to work in English; bilingualism is considered an advantage.
