Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dynamic Community Life Manager to lead engaging programs that enrich the lives of our Independent Living and Assisted Living residents. This is a unique opportunity to build culture, foster connection, and make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

• Create and lead a diverse calendar of wellness, cultural, and social programs
• Drive resident engagement and satisfaction through meaningful experiences
• Partner with local Charleston organizations, entertainers, and community groups
• Lead wellness initiatives and support resident-led clubs and events
• Oversee communications, event planning, and volunteer coordination
• Build a welcoming, inclusive environment where residents thrive

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in senior living or community programming, preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Passion for creating connection and enhancing quality of life
• Valid SC Driver’s License
