Job Description
At AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. We are seeking intern will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Production personnel to support the development and manufacture of precision aerospace components and assemblies. This position offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment serving commercial, military, and space applications.
So, what will you be doing as a Job Title?
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers with daily production and process improvement activities.
- Support the creation and revision of work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Assist with tooling, fixture, and manufacturing process development projects.
- Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
- Review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Conduct time studies and shop-floor observations to identify process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Engineering Technology
- Related technical discipline
