This role is central to shaping and scaling a global audit partner ecosystem that enables organizations to achieve and maintain compliance with confidence. It sits at the intersection of audit firms, customers, and internal go-to-market teams, ensuring that external audit relationships consistently deliver high-quality, trusted compliance outcomes. The position combines strategic partnership management, team leadership, and international expansion responsibilities. You will oversee a distributed team while personally managing key audit firm relationships across multiple segments and geographies. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with partnerships, operations, and sales leadership to align partner strategy with business growth. It is an opportunity to directly influence how compliance services are delivered at scale in a fast-growing, global environment.
- Own and grow strategic relationships with existing audit partners across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customer segments, ensuring strong performance and engagement
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new audit firms to expand the partner network, reduce concentration risk, and improve geographic and segment coverage
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Audit Partnership Managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, including performance management and professional development
- Establish scalable operating rhythms, partner management frameworks, and quality standards to improve consistency and partner outcomes
- Drive international expansion of the audit partner ecosystem, supporting growth across multiple geographies and regulatory environments
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including go-to-market, partner operations, and leadership to align partnership strategy with business priorities
- Oversee external communications, monthly business reviews, and ongoing relationship management with key audit firms
- Strengthen audit partner performance by improving engagement models, processes, and long-term collaboration structures
- Use data and insights to monitor partner health, identify risks, and implement improvements to optimize network performance
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in people management roles
- Strong background in the audit ecosystem, ideally with prior experience as an auditor (Big 4 or mid-market strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing and scaling external partner, channel, or client relationships in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured partner programs or networks, including improving quality, coverage, and diversification
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed, global teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to balance technical audit understanding with commercial and partnership-driven thinking
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external partners
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building scalable processes from the ground up
- International experience or exposure to multi-region partner ecosystems is highly preferred
