This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales enablement strategy that drives growth, strengthens brand positioning, and improves customer engagement across a specialized insurance division. You will operate at the intersection of marketing strategy, financial stewardship, and sales performance enablement, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires a leader who can translate enterprise objectives into actionable programs while building scalable marketing infrastructure. You will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, product launches, and content-driven initiatives that support revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, you will ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and shared services teams. This is a high-impact, data-driven leadership position where strategic vision and execution excellence directly influence divisional performance.
- Design and execute an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy aligned with divisional growth objectives, customer engagement goals, and revenue targets.
- Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market impact.
- Oversee marketing budget planning and financial management, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources and strong ROI accountability.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and sales enablement effectiveness to guide decision-making.
- Develop scalable sales enablement tools, programs, and resources to support field teams and drive revenue performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and business leaders to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
- Conduct regular business reviews and stakeholder communications to report progress, priorities, and performance outcomes.
This role requires extensive senior-level marketing leadership experience, ideally within specialty insurance or similarly complex, regulated industries. Candidates should bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and hands-on execution capability, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with proven success in scaling programs and driving business impact.
- Experience in specialty insurance or delegated authority environments strongly required.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for high-growth organizations.
- Strong background in marketing operations, budget management, and ROI measurement.
- Proven ability to build and scale integrated marketing and sales enablement programs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $185,000 depending on experience and location.
