Description:
Allocate and monitor work related to preparation and checking of new BOMs. Continuous improvement and reduce the dependency on Customized orders.
Implementation of alterations received from KSB-AG, checking of new part drawings related to new / special requirements from customers.
Checking and give approval on order related mechanical seal drawings, Quality Assurance Plans etc.
Evaluating and implementing product related Request for Modifications and Ideas.
Support After Market department in resolving difficulty
To support Product Managers in activities like cost reduction, standardization and enhancing additional technical features in the product.
Evaluation of Industrial Pump Offer Permits for Special /Non-standard requests for feasibility.
Empower to team member for productivity & sustainability.
Qualification and experience
Ø BE Mechanical with 15 – 17 of relevant experience in similar industries.
Knowledge / skills required
Ø Product and Manufacturing Processes
Ø Good knowledge about various applications of Industrial Pumps
Functional / Technical Competencies
Ø Well versed with IS, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, DIN, standards & specifications
Ø Knowledge of Pumps and Motors
Ø Knowledge of Pump application standard
