Position Summary

Participates in the delivery of quality health care to patients and assists Practice Directors with oversight of clinical support staff and delivery of care. Provides leadership for Medical Assistants and ensures compliance with clinical standards, workflows, and quality initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least two years’ related experience required.
3. Current Medical Assistant credentials or certification preferred.
4. Basic Life Support Certification required.
5. Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

Salary: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour, which includes $2.16 per hour of geographic pay based on location
