Job Description:
The Program Manager will oversee the procurement, fielding, and sustainment of products under the Biometrics and Forensics Collection Capability (BFC2) portfolios. This includes program management, system procurement (hardware and software), system sustainment, software engineering services, cloud services, help desk services, and cybersecurity services. This role supports critical operations for PM Biometrics' mission.
This individual must have the following experience:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Manager must have:
• Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Information Systems or other related discipline
• Experience: Five (5) years experience as a PM, three (3) years experience managing other Army Programs / Contracts
• Certifications: Level III DAWIA Certification in Program Management or the equivalent of a PMP Certification
• Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance
• US Citizenship: Required

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Job Description:

This individual must have the following experience:
- Experience in program management, system procurement, fielding, and sustainment.
- Strong understanding of biometrics and forensics collection capabilities.
- Proven ability in planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of a contract.
- Must have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of the software in military systems.
- Must have knowledge and experience with Department of War (DOW)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
- Must be capable of managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
- Must be capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
- Must be capable of providing recommendations for resolution of technical problems.
- Proven ability in being a role model to subordinate employees, a workforce motivator, and be a provider of constructive criticism.
