This position offers opportunities to engage with diverse stakeholders and to lead impactful projects across the organization.Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new strategic accounts to drive business development.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Develop partnerships with culinary and R&D teams, purchasing leaders, and executives.
- Coordinate with distributors to service operators effectively.
- Oversee pricing, rebates, and customer programs.
- Support increment growth through direct and indirect selling activities.
- Prepare and complete customer RFPs and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies.
- Deliver accurate projections for placements with supply and demand planning.
- Document all customer interactions for performance management.
- 7+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years in the food industry, particularly with food service national accounts.
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in business analytics platforms.
- General understanding of P&L and forecasting abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 60% as required.
- Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000.
