Job duties:
Work remote – we have offices throughout New York (NYC, Garden City, Elmsford, Buffalo, and Syracuse) so there are both remote and hybrid remote options depending on where you live and what you prefer.
The Auto Attorney will represent clients in matters concerning automobile accidents, personal injury claims, and insurance disputes. The role requires strong legal knowledge and the ability to advocate for clients in both litigation and settlement processes.
· Provide legal representation for clients involved in automobile accidents, insurance claims, and personal injury cases.
· Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
· Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
· Represent clients in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
· Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and other parties involved in the case.
Required:
· NY bar
· Recent experience in personal injury and/or automobile accidents
