Project Coordinator-E.A.R.N. at Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc. – Williamsport, Pennsylvania

CSO, an innovative non-profit, has a full time opening at the PA CareerLink® Lycoming County for a Program Coordinator to support the growing EARN Program in the Central Region. The EARN program serves low-income individuals who are receiving TANF benefits with programming designed to help them overcome barriers and work towards self-sufficiency. This position will oversee data entry, program services and customer documentation to ensure the quality and accuracy of program records. This position will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance related to program performance and service delivery along with case management. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, a desire to serve others, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze data. This position travels frequently within the region. A valid PA driver’s license, Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances are required. Equal opportunity employer.
