- Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube to drive qualified traffic and pipeline growth
- Manage daily campaign operations including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and search query mining to uncover opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, and Web teams to align messaging, offers, and landing pages to campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics including CPL, CTR, CVR, impression share, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
- Lead A/B testing strategies across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to continuously improve results
- Manage budgets to ensure accurate pacing, efficient allocation, and effective ROI tracking
- Evaluate and recommend emerging search and AI-driven advertising formats for scalable growth opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Deep expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including YouTube advertising
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through paid search programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns toward business objectives
- Advanced knowledge of keyword strategy, match types, bidding strategies, quality score optimization, and audience layering
- Experience with conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and multi-touch attribution models
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization best practices
- Strong communication skills to present performance insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Salesforce reporting is preferred
