- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across target markets and industries.
- Generate and nurture sales pipeline by initiating conversations, scheduling qualified meetings, and supporting the transition of leads to the sales team.
- Communicate value propositions effectively by introducing cloud and open-source solutions in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progress using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Leverage structured sales techniques to improve customer engagement, qualification quality, and meeting conversion rates.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing insights, refining prospecting approaches, and supporting scalable outbound strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high activity levels, and work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), productivity suites, and basic data tracking tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or developer-focused products is highly desirable.
