Job Description

Description:

Lead the Way to Intelligent Banking with Us!

You might not think about what happens behind the scenes when you check your bank balance or deposit a check from your phone, but we do. Every day.

Kinective empowers banks and credit unions to move beyond keeping up with technology to shaping the future of banking. Our platform seamlessly connects the right tools, delivers real-time data, and drives smarter operations for more than 4,000 financial institutions nationwide. We are a fast-growing team built on individual ownership, company-wide collaboration, and setting industry-leading standards. Here, new ideas are encouraged, candid feedback is welcomed, and your growth truly matters as much as the company’s. At Kinective, we are leading the way to intelligent banking together and enjoying the journey along the way.

Why This Role Matters

Every role at Kinective exists to move the needle for our clients, partners, and the financial institutions we serve. As our Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will build and operate the infrastructure that makes our Direct Sales organization sharper, faster, and more consistently effective — from the moment a BDR joins the team to the moment an AE closes a complex enterprise deal.

Reporting to the Director of Enablement, you will own end-to-end program design across AE and BDR enablement, sales methodology adoption, new hire ramp, SKO and sales event programming, the Sales Resource Hub, and our enablement tech stack. This is a builder role with real scope and real accountability. You will architect programs, lead select high-impact sessions directly, and orchestrate broader execution through subject matter experts, sales managers, Kinective leadership, and external partners — with your success measured in rep performance, ramp speed, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements:

What You’ll Own

AE Enablement: Program Design, Ramp & Reinforcement

  • Design and own the end-to-end AE enablement program — covering sales process, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and methodology adoption — leading priority sessions directly and scaling delivery through SMEs, managers, and external partners
  • Build a structured AE new hire ramp with methodology embedded from day one, defined milestones, and a sustainment motion (microlearning, deal clinics, role-play and certification cadences) that keeps skills sharp over time
  • Source, vet, and manage external enablement partners, owning scope, contracts, and ROI

Sales Methodology: Challenger + Sandler Hybrid & MEDDPICC

  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Director of Enablement to translate the Challenger + Sandler hybrid vision into a defined, operational selling framework — documenting rep behaviors, aligning leadership, and building the architecture to certify AEs through knowledge tests, role-plays, and live-deal observation
  • Create and maintain the Commercial Insights library in partnership with Product Marketing, and mature the existing MEDDPICC program through new hire certification, weekly deal scrubs, and Salesforce field hygiene
  • Instrument Challenger, Sandler, and MEDDPICC behaviors in Gong and Salesforce, reporting adoption signals monthly to sales leadership

BDR Enablement & BDR-to-AE Advancement

  • Design and own a dedicated BDR ramp program focused on top-of-funnel skills — prospecting, cold calling, sequencing, discovery, and opportunity handoff — with instrumented ramp gates (hire-to-first-call, hire-to-first-qualified-opportunity, and BDR-sourced conversion to closed-won)
  • Architect a BDR-to-AE advancement program with defined competency milestones, stage-gated promotion criteria, certifications, ride-alongs, and mentor pairings — building a predictable internal pipeline whose graduates outperform external hires
  • Build a structured BDR-AE handoff process and Gong-based call scoring rubrics, partnering with the BDR Manager to embed skill reinforcement into the team’s operating rhythm

SKO, Events, Content & Tech Stack

  • Lead planning and execution of the annual Sales Kickoff and year-round sales events calendar, including enablement workshops, mid-year leadership meetings, and segment summits
  • Create and maintain sales-facing content (pitch decks, playbooks, ROI calculators, battle cards, prospecting templates) and own the Sales Resource Hub end-to-end — structure, lifecycle, version control, and freshness
  • Administer the enablement tech stack (LMS, Gong, Prodoscore), drive measurable adoption across AE and BDR teams, support the Glean AI platform rollout, and develop ROI-backed tool recommendations for the 2027 roadmap

Cross-Functional Partnership & Measurement

  • Partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive intelligence, and Commercial Insight development; with RevOps on MEDDPICC field design, deal hygiene, and forecast accuracy; and with Marketing on campaign-to-BDR handoff and ABM assets
  • Run a quarterly rep advisory council and recurring feedback surveys to keep the enablement roadmap grounded in what the field actually needs; track and report Tier 1 outcome metrics and Tier 2 leading indicators on a monthly and quarterly cadence

How We’ll Measure Success

Success here isn’t about checking boxes — it’s about propelling Kinective’s mission to lead the way to intelligent banking. You must bring excellence to your craft, balance resourcefulness with respect, share and celebrate unique expertise and diverse perspectives, and continuously raise the bar as we innovate and grow. Specifically, you will know you’re winning when you are:

  • Delivering programs with measurable impact — faster ramp, stronger methodology adoption, and a clear line between the enablement you build and the revenue results that follow
  • Owning the Challenger + Sandler rollout from framework design through field certification, with rep behaviors visible in Gong and Salesforce
  • Building a BDR-to-AE pipeline that runs predictably, with clear promotion criteria and graduates who outperform external hires
  • Improving how the sales org operates — through a trusted Resource Hub, high-adoption tech stack, a sharp SKO, and feedback loops that keep the roadmap honest

Necessary Qualifications & Competencies

  • 4+ years in sales enablement or a closely related role in B2B SaaS, with experience designing programs across both AE and BDR/SDR populations
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC; working knowledge of Challenger and/or Sandler principles strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with an enablement tech stack — LMS, Gong or comparable conversation intelligence, and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to build and execute multi-phase program rollouts across cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong content development and written communication skills — able to create playbooks, training materials, and sales assets that reps actually use
  • Data-driven approach to measuring enablement impact, with experience reporting leading indicators and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Experience planning large-scale sales events (SKO) and with AI-enabled enablement tools is a plus; banking or financial services industry background is a plus
