Job SummaryThe Live Event Production Specialist plays a critical role in the preparation, execution, and breakdown of live events throughout the Hospitality Division. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and contributing directly to successful event outcomes. Team members support operational logistics, venue readiness, equipment movement, and event execution while maintaining company standards and guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Production & Venue PreparationPrepare event spaces by setting up equipment, furnishings, décor, and operational materials
Assist with venue resets, breakdowns, and post-event recovery activities
Maintain organized work areas, storage locations, and event assets
Support day-of-event execution alongside operations leaders, vendors, and event teams
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges as they arise
Execute assigned responsibilities according to event timelines and operational plans
Load, unload, transport, and organize equipment and event materials
Assist with inventory tracking and management of operational supplies
Maintain accountability for company equipment and assets during transportation and use
Interact professionally with guests, clients, and venue partners
Provide support that contributes to a positive event experience
Assist in maintaining service standards throughout event operations
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
Support a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in events, hospitality, production, logistics, or related industries preferred
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
$40,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
