Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Performance Specialist, the Performance Coach is responsible for leading performance workouts in the class, team, and personal training settings. The primary function of the position will be the instruction of clients in the proper execution of weight training exercises, core, balance and mobility to improve performance and quality of life for clients. Additionally, the Performance Coach will be responsible to attend clinics, wellness fairs, and promotional events to represent and provide information about Norton Sports Health Performance & Wellness Center (NSHPWC) as those needs arise.

- Bachelor degree

- Bachelor degree in Exercise Science
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI)
