Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Do you enjoy variety in your workday? If so, Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for an energetic and motivated Sandy Harbor Assistant Manager to help lead one of our most exciting areas of the campground!
In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll help oversee the daily operations of Sandy Harbor; supporting everything from the café and poolside food trucks, to mini golf, arcade fun, and poolside amenities. You’ll work alongside an amazing team to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience while maintaining the high standards Ocean Lakes is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping lead and motivate a dynamic team in a fun, family-focused environment.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of Sandy Harbor attractions and amenities.
- Coordinating schedules, training teammates, and ensuring each area is fully staffed and running smoothly.
- Delivering exceptional guest service and stepping in wherever needed to create memorable moments for our guests.
- Supporting café and food truck operations while helping maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Assisting with the mini golf course, arcade, and point-of-sale systems to keep the fun going all season long.
