This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and smooth flow of operational data across multiple active programs and service lines. You will support cross-functional teams by maintaining and validating critical datasets, coordinating workflow updates, and ensuring structured execution across inspection, audit, and engineering operations. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume data activities in a fast-paced environment. You will work extensively within Google Workspace tools and internal tracking systems to support daily operational continuity. This is a contract position ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments. Your work will directly contribute to improving data integrity, operational efficiency, and program coordination at scale.
Support day-to-day data coordination and operational workflows by maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and ensuring consistency across multiple programs and service lines.
- Transfer and validate data from TRIX sheets into event management systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
- Conduct daily monitoring of data sources to identify and correct inconsistencies, missing updates, or process deviations.
- Support workflow and event lifecycle management, including creation, tracking, updating, and closure of service requests and operational events.
- Assist in maintaining data consistency across 25+ active programs and ensure adherence to established operational protocols.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing duplicate entry and improving system efficiency through automation or integration opportunities.
- Track and update task assignments, requirements, and event statuses across inspection, audit, and engineering workflows.
- Support escalation handling and ensure timely resolution of workflow or data-related issues.
Experience using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) in a professional or operational setting.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate and structured datasets.
- Experience in data entry, workflow coordination, or operations support in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across different programs or systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes and protocols consistently.
- Clear communication skills with strong follow-through and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with workflow or event management systems (e.g., TRIX or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Exposure to inspection, audit, engineering support, or quality-focused environments is preferred.
- Competitive hourly compensation ($12.90 – $19/hour, based on experience and location)
- 3-month full-time contract opportunity (40 hours per week)
