This role plays a key part in driving end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical and security-focused positions within a fast-growing, international environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across security domains while ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. The position requires a strong understanding of technical profiles, particularly within cybersecurity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements, shape sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on execution, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. It is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on ownership, precision, and delivering impact in niche talent markets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for security-related and technical roles
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality cybersecurity and specialized technical talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and optimize hiring outcomes
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and technical fit
- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
- Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within tech or specialized talent markets
- Proven experience recruiting for security or cybersecurity-related roles
- Strong ability to conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate technical candidates effectively
- Excellent sourcing skills with experience using multiple recruitment channels and tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align and influence hiring managers
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with strong ownership mindset
