Director, Corporate Accounts - MVH

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Corporate Accounts – MVH based in the United States.

This role is a senior commercial leadership position focused on driving strategic growth across major veterinary health corporate accounts. You will lead consultative, enterprise-level sales efforts to expand adoption of diagnostic, imaging, and related veterinary solutions within a highly structured national customer environment. The position requires a strong blend of strategic account management, sales leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent value across multiple business units. You will be responsible for developing long-term account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening executive-level relationships within large veterinary networks. The role also involves leading and developing sales professionals while ensuring disciplined execution of account plans and sales processes. This is a highly visible position with significant impact on revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term customer partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive growth across diagnostic, imaging, and equipment solutions within major corporate veterinary accounts.
  • Lead enterprise-level relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment between client needs and product/service offerings across business units.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing account penetration and long-term contract value.
  • Collaborate with field sales, specialty teams, and internal stakeholders to design and execute targeted growth campaigns and value-driven solutions.
  • Lead and mentor sales professionals, providing coaching, performance guidance, and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate proposal development, sales presentations, and contract execution to ensure consistency and quality in commercial delivery.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with internal leadership to align operational capabilities with strategic account requirements and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in animal health, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, biotechnology, or related healthcare sales environments.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience with a strong performance track record.
  • Proven experience managing large national or corporate accounts and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary healthcare systems, preferably with exposure to large veterinary groups or MVH environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account plans in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field required; advanced degree is a plus.
