Position Title: Server
Location: The Mimosa House- Curtis Park (NEW LOCATION!)
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Availability Requirement: Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays.

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests while creating a welcoming dining experience. Servers take food and beverage orders, deliver meals accurately, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout each visit.

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, holidays, and special events is preferred.
• Ability to work peak dining hours and busy shifts.
