We are seeking high energy individuals to be a part of our Service Advisor team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a can do attitude, strong listening and communication skills, a team spirit, ability to multi-task and some automotive experience

Requirements

· Greeting customers and assisting them with service needs.

· Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and recommendations on customers' vehicles.

· Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.

· Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.

· Assisting customers with deciding to fix their car through the dealership's shop

· Providing excellent CSI customer satisfaction

· Recommend honest and ethical sales to the customer
