North State Security Group is seeking dependable and professional **Unarmed Security Officers*
* for full-time positions. This role is for applicants who already hold an active and valid Guard Card and are ready to work in a structured, professional security environment.

**Job Summary:** The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by providing a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring activity, and enforcing company policies and post orders.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct foot patrols
* Maintain a visible and professional security presence
* Monitor property for suspicious activity and safety hazards
* Enforce site rules, post orders, and company policies
* Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
* Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
* Interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public

**Requirements:**
* **Active and valid Guard Card required (no exceptions)**
* Must meet all state requirements for unarmed security officers
* Reliable transportation
* Strong communication and observation skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
* Must pass background screening, drug test, and any client-specific checks

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior unarmed security experience
* Customer service or access control experience
* Familiarity with report writing and patrol procedures
