Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is seeking a Full-Time Security/Concierge to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our Residents. Arcadia is looking for the right individual for our overnight position. Work Schedule: Full-Time (10pm-8am) 70 hours per Pay Period

This person would be responsible for some light maintenance such as:

• Disinfecting high touch areas
• Bathroom checks
• Trash collection
• Carpet cleaning
• Changing ceiling light bulbs
• Checking fire extinguishers
• Checking water temps

Security responsibilities would include:

• Safety rounds inside and outside community
• Point of contact for fire and other emergency situations
• Answer phones for Independent Living residents
• Other tasks as assigned
