Norwalk Hospital is seeking an individual to be responsible for the support, analysis, design, testing, implementation and configuration requirements of health information exchange initiatives, including traveling to doctors' offices.

Job Requirements

A BS with 2 years of experience supporting hospital/physician EMR applications OR an AS with 4 years of experience; an understanding of hospital & physician based clinical settings; knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy regulations and HL/7 standards; the ability to prioritize and multi-task; and proficiency with MS Office and MS-Project are required. Experience with hospital/physician clinical information exchange is strongly preferred; project management certifications or experience is a plus.
