Our client is a world class tax, accounting, and business consulting organization providing business consulting services, and offers industry and business-specific advice and planning strategies to help businesses succeed. 

Our client provides litigation support services, business valuation services and forensic accounting services.

 

Position Responsibilities:

· Building the litigation and financial services practice, including building service lines for litigation support services and continuing the growth of business valuations practice.

· Periodically, defining business plan for growth of Litigation and Financial Services.

· Developing relationships with new clients
· Coordinating relevant business development and marketing activities.

· Working with our clients and performing litigation support and/or financial services

projects.

· Expanding or developing tools, guides, and methodologies that support consistent and

efficient project execution.

· Meeting billing and collection goals.

· Acting as a performance advisor and mentor for assigned staff.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

· 4 year degree in accounting, finance, business or other related field.

· Advanced degree and certifications are strongly desired.

· Minimum 8-10 yrs prior experience in litigation support, fraud or business valuations.

· Superior strategic business development, negotiation and relationship skills.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills, project management, organization,

prioritization, and follow-up skills.

· Strong financial and business acumen.

· Superior consulting skills.

· Strong skills in critical thinking, problem identification and resolution and process

improvement.

· Willingness to travel.

· Must be a team player.
